We strive to provide the best quality reeds at the best possible price in Australia. If you find a cheaper advertised price from an Australian retailer of the identical item we will beat it. Prior to purchasing email the url of the cheaper price to info@ausreeds.com.au or send us a message via the website instant messenger for us to review, we will then provide you a discount code to enter at checkout for that product. On very rare occasions we may not be able to, for a variety of reasons, beat the price you have found and reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale or amend our listing to note exclusion from our best price guarantee.

We make an effort to ensure that items displayed on our site reflect the current stock on hand. However, due to high stock turnover, Reeds Australia cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock at all times. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. Usually, orders containing out-of-stock items can be filled with minimal delay.
We ship using Australia Post for most orders within Australia. Orders to New Zealand are usually sent via Australia Post or DHL. Our shipping prices are all inclusive, and potential extra charges only apply to bulky items such as saxophones, or to select rural locations. In an instance where there will be an additional freight charge applicable - we will contact you with a quote before dispatching your order.
